Women Leadership

WomenLeaders India Fellowship: Cultivating change agents

The WomenLeaders India Fellowship, powered by Reliance Foundation with technical support from Vital Voices, drives an ambitious, urgent agenda for women’s leadership in India by investing in changemakers who are taking on the world's greatest challenges. Launched in 2022, the inaugural batch of this 10-month fellowship empowered 50 social sector women leaders dedicated to addressing critical economic and social issues within the realms of Rural Transformation, Education, Sports for Development, and Arts, Culture, and Heritage.

Structured around three tracks – Economic Empowerment & Entrepreneurs, Social Sector Leaders, and Changemakers, the fellowship centers on leadership capacity building and skills development. Participants benefit from mentoring, peer-to-peer engagement, and increased visibility, bolstering their leadership acumen. The WomenLeaders India Fellowship cultivates leadership excellence, equipping these exceptional leaders with the tools and strategies to navigate complex challenges and drive sustainable impact at large.
